Burgundy Leather

Hey dolls! I know I haven't been blogging lately as much as I would like but I've been super busy planning this fab party happening at the beginning of November for the launch of my new store! If you don't already know about it, check out my fan page: here.

So I've been dying to wearing colored leggings for awhile now, so not only did I find these burgundy ones for Fall, they're also leather! Leather is great for this season and leggings in all different textures are really making a come back. I know this is a pretty bold look, but you should totally try it! I paired the leggings with my animal print booties and this mixed white and denim top. I didn't want to do a typical black top with this and denim always works as a great neutral. Stripes and Spikes

Dolls!! Don't you just adore stripes!! I love them, especially in black & white. Stripes can be edgy or sweet. However you feel like styling them in your outfit! The striped blazer below was so easy to wear and experiment with. I decided on an edgier look with this by wearing a royal blue shoe and this thick leather belt in the middle. I did edgier accessories like my spike rings shown below. When I shop for blazers, I always make sure the inside has some type of nice material for cuffing purposes! Blazers are worn best when the sleeves are cuffed, and thankfully this striped blazer from my store has a beautiful white satin lining that looks great when the sleeves are cuffed. Nolcha Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2013

So I'd like to start by saying how much fun I had at Nolcha Fashion Week this year. It was truly an amazing experience, and not to mention how amazing the collections were that were featured. Each show had a collection of designers who collaborated together to feature their own clothing one after another in one runway show split into parts. I really enjoyed seeing all of the different pieces and I got to really appreciate each designer's individual work. Here are some of my favorite pieces from each designer below.
